Rapid Alarm Response

In the pursuit of crime prevention and abatement, West Valley Security Patrols provide a 24hrs a day, 365 days a year mobile security service, giving you complete peace of mind.

Each year we respond and attend to over 2,500 emergency calls, many of which result in direct crime prevention on both residential and personal basis’. Indeed in 2009 our security officers made 26 apprehensions whilst awaiting arrival of the police.

In restricting our patrols to the local geographic area of South Manchester and Cheshire, West Valley can respond with a mobile security patrol within just a few minutes of notification. Normally our residential security officers arrive prior to police attendance.
Our alarm response service includes:

  • First signal respondent – Following new rules and regulations implemented by A.C.P.O (Association of Chief Police Officers) stating that the police will ONLY respond to a secondary confirmed alarm signal, we immediately implemented our FIRST SIGNAL RESPONSE to ensure the safety of you and your family. All it takes is a simple request to the company that monitors your alarm, instructing them to ring West Valley as a matter of urgency each and every time your alarm is activated. The speed of a response is paramount; West Valley restricts their patrol area to the South Manchester and Cheshire area so ensuring one of our patrol cars is never far away. We have a proven track record of preventing break-ins and making apprehensions.
  • Pro-Active mobile security patrol operating 24hrs a day
  • Rapid Response to all alarms within a target timescale of 2-10 minutes (often arriving when the criminals are still on site)
  • Direct communication with your monitoring station or direct contact with West Valley security patrols via other advised and recommended cost

    • effective alternative methods such as speech dialling, text etc.

  • Supervision and rectification of alarm technical issues in accordance with service level agreements from client’s alarm company.
  • No “Call Out” charge on alarms
