After dialling West Valley’s secure emergency telephone numbers, we will deploy a mobile security patrol and have residential security officers on site assisting with your problem within a target timescale of between 2-10 minutes.

After attending and observing and, if required, assisting in the apprehension of an intruder, West Valley will also co-ordinate and assist local law enforcement to ensure smooth reporting and an appropriate conclusion.
